About Us

Brock Lacy

Brock started out in Insurance at a local insurance agency specializing in customer relationships and life insurance. After 4 years of learning the business, Brock decided that owning an exclusive agency was the route that best afforded him the ability to foster new relationships and provide for his growing family. After selling his agency in 2018 to focus on family and his aging parents, he decided on continuing his career in Commercial insurance. Commercial insurance has always been a fascination and desired modality to reach and affect business owners across our Metroplex.

Brock spends his spare time with his wife and kids, on their property in Magnolia which has a small town feel and plenty of space for the kiddos to grow up. When we aren’t in the pool, we are exploring the small town, playing with the kids and being involved with our Church.

Working with an incredibly talented team has made the transition tangible and exiting. Being a part of an organization dedicated to family, success and development have afforded us a unique opportunity to become an integral part of our community while providing customized insurance solutions.

Tracey Coulter

Tracey Coulter was raised in Southern Louisiana in a large, loud, Cajun family. After graduating college, her and her husband Michael made the decision to move to Spring Texas, to be closer to where he had grown up. Between his family and new friends, she found a second home. After a few years, they started their own family and welcomed two sons, Jesse and Colston.

Tracey spends her spare time with her family, usually at a football field or watching her youngest explore his passion for art. Outside of the family activities, she finds comfort and peace beside the water; It doesn’t matter if it’s a lake, a river or the ocean. Although she has only been able to touch on her dream to travel, her family plans include sharing her and her husband’s love of exploring new places with her sons.

Her insurance career began when she moved to Texas in 2005 and began working in the specialized marine industry. Once receiving her Property & Casualty insurance license, the want to explore other insurance coverages in different industries grew. In 2012 she had the opportunity to join the team at Main Street America Inc, where she has spent the last 8 1/2 years.

With Tracey’s inquisitive nature, she is always open to explore a new market or industry. She has an attention to detail and organization skills that complement the ever-changing insurance industry.
